William Edward Jenner


William Edward Jenner, Senior Partner in Jenner, Auxier & Pattison graduated from Indiana University Law School in 1966. From 1966-1968 he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cale J. Holder, Judge United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana. In the fall of 1968 he moved to Madison, Indiana to open his law practice.

He has served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Attorney for the City of Madison and Jefferson County Attorney. He has tried cases in the federal and state courts. His trial experience includes auto and truck personal injury litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense, criminal defense and general civil litigation. He serves as corporate counsel for small and medium size corporations and has been involved in extensive business litigation. He has represented claimants for Social Security Disability for over 30 years. Mr. Jenner has an extensive probate practice and has been involved in estate planning for clients throughout his practice.
