Darrell M. Auxier


Darrell M. Auxier graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University in 1979 and magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana in 1982. He is a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif, an honorary society composed of the top 10% of the graduates from the best law schools in the nation. Mr. Auxier was admitted to the bar in 1983 and has practiced with William Edward Jenner since his admission. He has served as both president and treasurer of the Jefferson County Bar Association. He has served as counsel for the Community Foundation of Madison and Jefferson County, Inc. since its formation in 1991. He and William Edward Jenner have repesented the Madison Consolidated Schools for over twenty-five years.

Mr. Auxier has been involved in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation in both State and Federal courts. His practice areas include commercial litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury. He also advises many business clients in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, and real estate transactions, including 1031 exchanges.
